Eszter Földes was born in a village in eastern Hungary, where she lived with her brother Iván. She is mentally disabled and relies on him for care. Tragically, Eszter was raped, leading to a police investigation. Despite this event, Iván starts a relationship with Ilus while hoping to leave their small-town life behind.
