Jeanne Darville, born in Serbia, was known for her role as Beatrice in the 1966 Swedish film 'Jag - en älskare'. The film tells the story of Beatrice leaving her impotent husband Peter to be with her lover Isac in Paris. However, after moving into her friend Ole's country house, Peter finds his sexual desires awakened upon meeting Ole's wife Sigrid and their daughter Lolly, leading him to seduce both women successfully. This caused jealousy from Sigrid, who wrote to Beatrice about Peter's actions.
