Olesya Yurivna Rulin, born March 17, 1986, is a Russian-American actress known for her role as Kelsi Nielsen in the first three 'High School Musical' films. She has also starred in movies like 'Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous' (2008) and 'Flying By' (2009). Rulin played the lead in the thriller 'Devious Nanny' (2018), where her character tries to protect her family from a dangerous au pair who becomes entangled in a series of murders.
