Suet-Man Lee, born in Hong Kong, is known for his role as Elvis Tsui Kam-kong, also known as Chinese Secret Agent 000, in the 1996 film 'Dai lap mat tam: Ling ling sing sing'. The character was tasked with investigating peculiar occurrences at a brothel named Ying Chun, where men were being drawn to it at an unusual rate. To infiltrate, Tsui posed as a writer and gained the trust of some prostitutes. However, his mission became complicated when his wife discovered his actions, leading her to force him to shave his head and wear a chastity belt as penance.
