Trama
The film follows the true story of a group of working-class British housewives from a Yorkshire branch of the Women's Institute. When one of their husbands passes away from leukemia, they decide to raise money for a new leukemia unit by posing nude for a charity calendar, using strategically placed props to cover their modesty. The women face initial controversy and disapproval within their community, but eventually gain acceptance and raise over £500,000.
