Trama
In 1901, Józef Pilsudski (Borys Szyc), a political prisoner at a psychiatric hospital in Russian-controlled Poland, is freed by his fellow conspirators from the Polish underground independence movement. Upon his release, he realizes that he cannot return to his old family life due to the uncertain times ahead. The story then follows Pilsudski navigating through years marked by revolutionary events, violence, and betrayal.
