Dr. Knock, a diabolically brilliant physician from Karlsruhe, takes over a rural doctor's practice in Bavaria with the goal of transforming it into a lucrative sanatorium. To achieve this, he employs ruthless tactics to attract patients and gain power and prestige among the local citizens. However, his plans are disrupted by mysterious blue letters without sender addresses that begin arriving at the practice.
