Trama
El cadáver de Anna Fritz begins with the sudden and unexplained death of popular actress Anna Fritz at a private party. Her body is taken to an unnamed hospital for autopsy. A hospital orderly working the night shift leaks photographs of Anna's corpse to his friends, inviting them to secretly view her body.
