Trama
Cesar (Luis Tosar), an apartment concierge who believes he's incapable of feeling happiness, takes it upon himself to cause misery for those around him. He focuses his efforts on Clara (Marta Etura), a tenant who proves more resilient than others. Cesar resorts to disturbing tactics to break her mentally, but complications arise when Clara's boyfriend, Marcos (Alberto San Juan), enters the picture.
