Rose, an aspiring fashion designer working at a clothing store, suffers severe facial injuries after a motorcycle accident. She undergoes experimental stem cell treatment that not only repairs her face but also makes her stronger and more attractive than before. However, Rose begins to experience strange side effects; she develops an insatiable hunger for human blood and starts transforming into something monstrous.
