Trama
Piero Cicala, once a popular singer in Italy during the 1980s, lives a humble life decades later until he receives an offer to participate in a TV show that explores pop culture history. Initially hesitant but ultimately accepting, Piero travels to Rome where he meets Tatia Cortès, a vibrant showgirl. Despite his mixed success on the show, Piero gains confidence when his old hit song is well-received by the audience. Subsequently, he embarks on a romance with an Argentine starlet who introduces him to the American music scene. There, Piero finally finds the courage to sing his new dramatic song in its entirety and achieves success once again.
