"Long prior to his distinction as an A-list director helming films such as The Accused (1988) and Unlawful Entry (1992), Jonathan Kaplan plied his trade under the tutelage of Roger Corman, a name that's synonymous with exploitation cinema. Thus, it comes as no surprise that tucked away in Kaplan's filmography is Night Call Nurses (1972), his debut feature, which was heavy on nudity, boasting over half-a-dozen nude scenes. Among the cast was Barbara Keene, a bubbly blonde who teased audiences with her brief appearance before disappearing from acting forever, barring a cameo in Midnight Intruders (1987), a film we're unfamiliar with and hence, likely devoid of nudity or extremely obscure."
