"During the mid-80s, cinema flourished with titillating comedic romances that thinly veiled their plots to facilitate female disrobement and liven up cinematic screens with nudity. Oh, those were the days! Adding a touch more sparkle was blonde bombshell Jackie Easton, who graced some of these tantalizing films with her presence. Her acting debut occurred in the classicHardbodies(1984), where she made her big-screen and skinematic entrance as "Girl in Dressing Room". While most nudity unfolds along sunny Southern California beaches or during ogling scenes, it's a refreshing change when Jackie steps into the spotlight for a solo nude scene. In a dressing room, she disrobes, revealing a party invitation addressed to 'the world's most beautiful girl' attached to a bikini top she's about to try on. Her taut figure, enticing assets, and pert nipples certainly validate the claim. Yet, this isn't her sole instance of toplessness inHardbodies; that would be asking too much from an aptly named film.
Credited also as Jacqueline Paré, this girl-next-door vixen joined the fun as a resort guest inPrivate Resort(1985), and popped up inSchool Spirit(the same year) as part of the Hogs & Hogettes. Both films featured semi-naked girls prominently on their posters. Trivia note:Resortwas Johnny Depp's second film credit, followingA Nightmare on Elm Street.
