Wendy Martel, born under tragic circumstances where her brother murdered their family and she escaped by hiding in the basement, was taken in by a new family and grew up to attend college. There, she joined a sorority unaware that the house was her childhood home, where her brother had intended to finish killing her. Her repressed memories resurfaced upon his escape from commitment.
