Yvonne Paul is an English actress and businesswoman best known for her roles in British cult cinema and television during the early 1970s. She gained recognition for her appearance in the seminal folk horror film
The Blood on Satan’s Claw (1971), where she played the uncredited role of the Dancing Girl, featured in the film's climactic ritual scene.
Beyond her work in horror, Paul was a frequent face in British comedy, most notably as a recurring sketch performer on The Benny Hill Show. Her career during this era often leaned into the "glamour" archetype of the time, with roles in productions such as The Magnificent Seven Deadly Sins (1971), Naughty!, and the experimental film Fornicon.
In 1971, she transitioned into the business side of the entertainment industry by founding Blondes, a glamour and modeling agency that represented many of the performers seen on popular variety shows of the decade. Since 1977, she has been married to actor and executive Edward Christie. Today, she lives a private life in North London, though she remains a figure of interest for fans of 1970s British exploitation and horror cinema.
